On Friday November 10, a walking event was held on the occasion of the Arbaeen pilgrimage of Aba Abdillah al-Hussein (AS) in the South Gate city of Los Angeles, USA with the presence of a group of Shiite mourners. Along with this event, which was prepared and organized by the Masjid Al-Zahra (a.s), a banner with the name of Imam Hussein (a.s.) on it was flown by an airplane over the sky of Los Angeles.

A few days before the event, the International News Network, in a report broadcasting the pictures of the walk last year, announced the event and called on everyone to attend. Mrs. Maria Davila, Mayor of the South Gate, also attended the event and talked with the organizers.

The banner of Imam Hussein (a.s.) which was prepared especially for the event and was flown over the sky of South Gate, Los Angeles, at the same time as the Arbaeen walk.
